About the Role

We are in search of an innovative and dedicated QA Engineer to join our growing team. We are seeking an eager, passionate, and highly skilled individual to bring our product to life. The QA Engineer pays relentless attention to detail and will work with different teams to communicate our ideas, shape our brand, and increase customer demand. They will be expected to work on a variety of projects and should have a great deal of experience with technology, product stability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend product planning sessions and contribute ideas to the platform.
  • Interface with local and remote engineers to enforce minimum quality requirements.
  • Perform manual and automated testing within a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, ensuring comprehensive coverage and accuracy in identifying software defects and issues.
  • Test regression of product for bi-weekly release cycles.
  • Engage actively in product reviews, providing valuable insights and feedback to enhance product quality and functionality.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure effective communication and coordination on project requirements and deliverables.
  • Research and learn the latest technologies related to the implementation of Channel Factory products.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8+ years of QA Engineering experience.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of backend ticketing experience.
  • Expertise in engineering and testing life cycles.
  • Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing.
  • Experience with API testing, testing Chrome DevTools, and UI testing.
  • Knowledge of Atlassian Jira / Confluence.
  • Familiarity with Cypress for automated testing.
  • Strong ability to work with Excel and Google Sheets for test data and complex CSV files.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to express creative ideas, and passion for learning new software, techniques, and skills.
  • Stellar interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter with high energy who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of digital media is a plus.
