QA Engineer Back Office

ABOUT THE ROLE

Ready to make a direct impact on a back office solution that fuels our company's success? As a QA Engineer on our Back Office team, you'll own comprehensive test automation efforts, collaborating closely with fellow developers and a wider network of QA specialists across the company to ensure we deliver a high quality product.

You'll have the opportunity to expand your skills with modern testing approaches as we develop new features, contributing directly to our vision: "Our back office solution gives a competitive edge by enabling seamless operations and pushing the company to new heights through innovation and efficiency."

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Driving continuous improvement in the back office application through innovative solutions.
• Leading our test automation projects. 
• Testing (integration, system, regression, smoke) and updating documentation.
• Participating in architectural discussions and suggesting ideas for technical improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and other stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance our products.
• Working closely with Backend/Frontend Engineers. 

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Min. 4 years of experience in using React,  Java + Spring Boot framework.
• You have experience with MySQL.
• You are ISTQB-certified, or equivalent.
• Experienced within Test Automation.

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience with Kotlin, Git, Kafka, Jenkins, Akka, Hazelcast, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, with Consul.
• Experience with test management tools, e.g TestRail.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery.
• Strong understanding of API testing methodologies and hands-on experience with tools like Postman.
