Tremend is looking for a QA Engineer to join our team of bright thinkers and doers. You’ll use your problem-solving creativity to figure out our client’s most complex and challenging problems across different industries. Your Impact:
Analyze business requirements and technical documentation relevant to card payments
Review and interpret technical specifications to inform the testing process
Elaborate on comprehensive test plans based on business requirements and technical analysis
Ensure alignment of test plans with project objectives
Organize and prepare test data, ensuring the fulfillment of preconditions required for effective testing
Testing on mobile banking applications (Front End, Backend, APIs, microservices, End to End flows)
ATM/ MFM / POS migration from one vendor to another, implementation of new functionalities
Reconciliation of transactions made on ATMs and POS
Testing on Card transactions (End to End flows from authorization to settlement)
Systematically execute identified test scenarios to validate system functionality
Your Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in card payments or manual QA
Attention to detail in analyzing business requirements and technical documentation
Proficient in SQL, encompassing CRUD statements, JOINs, and conditional statements
Analyze business requirements and technical documentation to inform the testing process
Develop a comprehensive test plan based on requirements and technical analysis
Prepare test data, ensuring fulfillment of preconditions necessary for testing
Execute functional and non-functional tests, including API test scenarios
Systematically run and monitor test scenarios
Identify, report, and monitor defects, collaborating with BA and DEV for defect resolution.
Familiarity with relevant technical tools for test scenario, task, and bug monitoring (TestRail, Jira, Gitlab)
Team player with a proactive attitude and excellent communication skills
Advanced proficiency in English
