About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer with 1+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality software by designing and executing manual tests, collaborating with the development team, and proactively identifying potential areas of improvement in our product. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Design, create, and execute comprehensive test plans and cases for web applications.
- Perform thorough manual testing across different platforms to identify bugs and ensure product quality.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand features, pull requests, and potential impact areas.
- Use JavaScript and Python to analyze pull requests and determine areas for detailed testing.
- Work closely with the product team to replicate and troubleshoot user-reported issues.
- Identify and communicate risks effectively and proactively suggest solutions.
- Ensure the product meets performance, scalability, and reliability standards.
- Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, scenarios, and results for future reference.
Who We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in manual testing.
- Proven experience in a SaaS startup environment, especially working on products with a high volume of users.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Python to understand code changes and potential impact areas.
- Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail with a passion for delivering high-quality software products.
