QA EngineerΒ  (m/f/d)

You will be part of our effort to create the next generation of information and workflow solutions for our Diagnostic Imaging portfolio.Β 
Β 

Your new role:Β 

  • Test activities in dedicated functional areas of the Deep Unity Discovery / RIS products.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and scenarios tailored to project needs, ensuring quality standards across web applications in microservice architecture.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize automated test suites using tools like Playwright, integrating them effectively into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Perform various testing types, including integration, regression, stress, as well as manual acceptance testing for releases.
  • Analyze system designs to identify testing gaps and implement robust testing approaches, driving continuous improvement of test and verification methods.
  • Document test outcomes and communicate findings effectively with the development teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with quality goals and expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and mentor team members to foster QA best practices.

Your skills:Β 

  • 5+ years of professional experience in QA or software development with a strong focus on automated testing.
  • Proficiency in modern testing tools (e.g., Playwright, Cypress) and E2E testing methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience working in microservice environments, with exposure to Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and how automated tests fit into the pipeline.
  • Proven track record of working in larger teams on scalable, complex systems is a major advantage.
  • A background in software development (e.g., coding skills in JavaScript, TypeScript) is highly desirable.
  • Experience in the healthcare domain (nice to have).
  • Good command of the English language (written and spoken)

For Austria only:Β The minimum salary for this position is € 42.224 gross per year (38.5 working hours) according to the IT-collective agreement in Austria, an overpayment plus bonus arrangement depending on qualification/experience is self-evident for us.
