QA Engineer

QA Engineer works as a team to deliver a quality of products and services to meet the client’s expectations with support from the Senior QA Engineer.

Report to: Engineering Lead

What you will do

Works as a QA in the project team.
Self-management on QA Activities in the project align with the test plan.
Analyze business requirements, uncover any gaps in requirements, and estimation of the testing effort.
Design and create test cases and/or test checklists and reviews test cases with teammates.
Execute tests, raise issues with defect analysis, and provide test report.
Investigating and support UAT/Production issues at the project team.
Support the release and the deployment until they are successful.
Good analytical skills to solve problems at the project team.
Adapt to a fast-changing and evolving dynamic environment.
Help to design, develop and/or execute any area of automation testing.

What you will need

Understand Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience in requirement analysis, design and create test cases, bug report, and test report
Experience in Frontend Testing (Mobile, Web)
Experience in Backend Testing (API)
Understand software architecture and the related of front-end and backend
Familiar with Debugging tools (Proxyman / Burp / Charles proxy)
Familiar with API Testing tools (Postman)

Who you are

Minimum 2 years of working experience in a quality assurance position.
Good communication skills in writing, speaking, listening, and ability to relate well with others.
Good logical thinking, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field.
