Job Title: QA/Test Engineer Lead 

Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ contract

Responsibilities: 

• Define test strategy, planning, and execution processes. 
• Lead automation and regression testing initiatives. 
• Perform performance and load testing to ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with developers and product owners for defect resolution.  
• Oversee test documentation, including test cases, plans, and reports. 

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications: 

• 7–10 years of QA/testing experience in software development. 
• Proficiency in test automation tools: Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cypress.  Experience in API testing tools like Postman, SoapUI. 
• Strong knowledge of performance testing (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner). 
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools. 

Certifications: 

• ISTQB Certified Test Manager 
• Certified Agile Tester (CAT)
