We are currently seeking a QA Lead to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).

Job Responsibilities Include:

- Working directly with Development and Business Analysts team along with business customer and testing team members to understand business use cases, design and execute tests for them.

- Prepare, review, and execute test cases catering to client business needs

- Prepare, review, and maintain testing documents (test plan, test cases, test reports,) to ensure complete test coverage

- Triage defects to resolution with metrics and document remediation steps for future reference.

- Lead QA team on overall testing activities, approaches, and strategies

- Ability to determine the types of testing that must be conducted (i.e., data validation, regression, etc.), including evaluating the testability of requirements and create a comprehensive test plan that supports the business and technological solutions being delivered.

- Identification and Test Data Preparation Techniques.

- Establish, maintain, and oversee all aspects of QA processes and methodologies to ensure effectiveness and alignment to industry best practices

- Manage risks and deliverables to ensure that the testing activities remain within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards 

Basic Qualifications:

- 8+ Years end-to-end testing experience including requirements analysis, test case design and development, testing execution, and maintenance

- 5+ Years of experience functioning in a lead capacity for testing projects

- Software Test Life Cycle, Test Case Life Cycle, Defect Life Cycle etc. Test Case Preparation and Execution

- Writing complex SQL queries

- Defect tracking experience (i.e. Jira, Bugzilla, etc)

- Large data sets and understand Data Quality Framework

-  Scaled Agile Framework

- Testing tools: JIRA, Postman, Selenium

- Working with offshore counterpart leading through detail level of coordination for QA deliveries

Educational Qualifications:

-Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information System, Computer Engineering, or a related field of study or related experience

Location:  This position is Hybrid on-site in Charlotte on site 3 days a week
