- Experience:Β Minimum 5+ yearsΒ of QAΒ experience with at least 3 years in a LeadΒ QAΒ role, managing automation and integration projects.
- Automation Expertise:Β Strong hands-on experience with KarateΒ forΒ building automation frameworks.
- API Testing:Β Deep understanding and experience in API testing, including REST and SOAP APIs.
- Programming Skills:Β Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaΒ or JavaScriptΒ used in automation frameworks.
- Integration Testing:Β Proven experience in testing integration layers between complex systems.
- Leadership Skills:Β Demonstrated ability to leadΒ QAΒ efforts, mentor team members, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Methodology:Β Hands-on experience working in Agile/ScrumΒ teams.
- Tools & Platforms:Β Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or similar.
- Soft Skills:Β Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with excellent attention to detail.
