Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of QA experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role (automation expertise required).
- Strong leadership skills in managing test teams and driving strategies.
- Proficiency in automation tools, scripting, and test execution across web, API, and mobile.
- Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and QA best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and test management tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proactive mindset, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- QA certification (ISTQB, ASQ) is a plus.
