Test Manager

Responsibility: To develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive Food Safety and Quality Assurance programs to ensure all products meet safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Oversee compliance with local regulatory requirements and international food safety requirements, as well as corporate customers requirements. Monitor and evaluate raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to meet company, regulatory and corporate customers quality standards. Supervise, train and mentor QA/QC staff to ensure proper execution of food safety and quality standards and policies. Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective and preventive actions for any food safety and quality issues. Collaborate with production and operations teams to improve processes and minimize waste while maintaining product quality.

  • Bachelors degree in Food Science, Food Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in a QA role within the food processing industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Salary RM6K and above.
  • Expertise in HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and food safety requirements.
  • Familiarity with DVS compliance requirements.
  • Certification in food safety programs (e.g., HACCP, FSSC 22000, or similar)
  • Strong analytic, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in QA tools, laboratory testing methods, and process monitoring.
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills, documentation and reporting skills.
