Responsibilities:
- Spearhead compliance initiatives, ensuring alignment with GMP, HACCP, BRC, and other safety standards.
- Manage FDA compliance and organic certification requirements for the plant.
- Oversee both internal and external audits, ensuring all certifications are obtained and renewed on time.
- Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality manuals, and related documentation to meet current regulations.
- Act as the primary contact for regulatory agencies, certification bodies, and auditors.
- Lead responsibilities as the Quality Management Representative and Food Safety Team Leader.
- Conduct internal quality audits, oversee supplier audits, and verify supplier certifications.
- Handle customer complaints and drive continuous improvement initiatives for the system.
Requirements:
- A bachelors degree in food science or a related discipline.
- At least five years of professional experience in food quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
- Comprehensive knowledge of GMP, HACCP, BRC standards, FDA regulations, and the organic certification process.
- Expertise in managing food safety audits and certification renewals.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Thai.
- Ability to work 6 days a week.
