Our client is a prominent global apparel manufacturer specializing in producing wide range of garments. They are known for their ability to handle large-scale orders and having strong focus on quality control & innovation. They are currently looking for an outstanding QA Manager to join the company.

Job Description:
- Develop and implement quality strategies to foster a culture of excellence and drive continuous improvement across processes, products, and systems through effective training programs.
- Design, develop, and manage quality standards with clearly defined processes to ensure consistency and reliability.
- Understand and address customer quality requirements by maintaining ongoing communication to gather feedback, especially in response to quality complaints.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet and exceed client quality expectations, addressing any issues as necessary.
- Assess and enhance existing quality systems and protocols to ensure sustainable improvement.
- Initiate and distribute the Quality Update Newsletter periodically to keep stakeholders informed of quality developments.
- Monitor and support factory teams in resolving immediate quality issues and implementing changes to improve existing protocols and procedures.
- Track and analyse quality KPIs and scorecards in collaboration with factory QA teams, using SPC monitoring and risk assessment to drive process control.
- Analyse quality performance to identify areas for improvement, implementing non-conformance action plans, conducting troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and case studies for continuous improvement.
- Lead corrective and preventive actions to strengthen manufacturing systems and processes, ensuring they meet internal and customer requirements.

Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Textile, Garment Technology, or Testing Technology.
- More than 10 years of working experience in management roles within the garment manufacturing or related industries.
- In-depth knowledge of textile and garment manufacturing processes, testing procedures, and quality management.
- Familiar with industry regulations, quality and testing standards, and safety protocols.
- Strong proficiency in English and Chinese.
- Willing to travel overseas occasionally to visit manufacturing sites.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, logical thinker with patience and humility.
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
