We are seeking a QA Software Test Engineer to develop Selenium-based tests, validate APIs, and ensure product quality. Responsibilities include workflow validation, defect tracking, and test optimization. Strong automation, manual testing, and QA best practices experience required.
This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a WFH work set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium for web-based applications.
Test APIs by creating and executing test cases to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
Design, implement, and maintain happy path workflows that validate end-to-end system behavior.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify test requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Gain in-depth knowledge of the product to effectively plan, execute, and validate manual test scenarios.
Identify, document, and track defects through resolution, ensuring product quality meets established standards.
Provide feedback to the development team to continuously improve and optimize testing processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience with Selenium WebDriver for automated test script creation and execution.
Hands-on experience testing RESTful APIs (e.g., using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools).
Ability to design and maintain clear and concise happy path workflows for complex systems.
Solid understanding of testing methodologies, SDLC, and QA best practices.
Experience in identifying and documenting defects in bug-tracking systems.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
4+ years of QA or SDET experience, with a focus on both manual and automated testing.
