Job Description

Key roles and responsibilities include:

• Perform testing on features and functionalities in Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud

• Work closely with cross functional teams including business analysts and developers to validate the business requirements through functional, system integration, regression and UAT testing

• Collaborate effectively with the Product owners, Business Analysts, development teams, stakeholders to understand system architecture of the product and design for effective test planning.

• Create detailed test plans, test cases, test data, and test scripts including development of documentation, prioritization and estimates of work effort.

• Identify bugs quickly and communicate them clearly and accurately to dev teams

• Investigate blockers and report them in a timely manner for quick resolution

• Utilize JIRA for defect tracking, ensuring accurate documentation and communication of issues.

• Experience working in an Agile environment

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes. Create and maintain documentation related to new features and enhancements on Salesforce platform.

Basic Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on experience with testing applications on Salesforce platform 

• Experience in creating, executing and debugging automated test scripts using java based automation framework

• Experience in test methodologies including automation, functional, qualitative, and performance against iterative development

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• Salesforce, SQL, Selenium, Java
