Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Analyst ensures software meets quality standards before production release. Collaborating with development teams, the role involves creating and executing test scripts, documenting results in Jira, and serving as the primary tester for QA-required applications.
Responsibilities

- Develop and document test scripts in alignment with Jira stories and bug tickets to ensure comprehensive test scenario coverage. (35%)
- Execute manual testing of software applications, identifying and documenting software defects to maintain quality standards. (35%)
- Collaborate with development and project teams to understand requirements and align test scripts with all aspects of testing. (25%)
- Assist with post-install bug tracking, addressing any production bugs promptly. (5%)
- Participate in daily stand-ups and requirements meetings to ensure consistent alignment with project goals. (5%)
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum 2 years of QA experience, with a focus on test script generation and the software development lifecycle.
Technical Skills
- Familiarity with automated testing tools such as Selenium and Postman (preferred).
- Proficiency with Jira, including:
- Story development and bug tracking.
- Test script creation using Zephyr and Excel.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, including:
- Requirement gathering, story development, testing, and scope management.
- Salesforce experience preferred, particularly with Lightning and Salesforce mobile functionality.
