Senior QA Engineer

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Senior QA Engineer.

Responsibilities:

  • Defining, implementing, and maintaining robust testing strategies to ensure high-quality product delivery;
  • Creating detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for functional, regression, and exploratory testing;
  • Conducting and documenting test runs for both positive and negative test cases, identifying and reporting defects;
  • Tracking progress and updates in tools like Jira/Confluence;
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (product management, design, development) to align on requirements and quality goals;
  • Mentoring and guiding junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth;
  • Participating in and occasionally leading Scrum meetings, coordinating QA efforts;
  • Acting as a reference for team members to clarify functionality and quality expectations.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a track record of delivering high-quality software;
  • Proficiency in manual and exploratory testing techniques and methodologies;
  • Knowledge of Jenkins and Maven;
  • Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools or methodologies and a strong interest in applying AI to QA processes;
  • Hands-on experience with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, etc);
  • Experience with defect tracking systems (JIRA, etc).
Will be an advantage:
  • Strong understanding of automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress);
  • Experience with performance and load testing tools;
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines;
  • Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages.
