Senior QA Engineer

We invite you to join our fast-growing team as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, where you’ll write and execute manual and automated tests to ensure product quality.

As a QA, you’ll design and implement tests, debug issues, and take corrective actions. You’ll play a vital role in our product development process, ensuring that our products are error-free and reliable before launch.

Responsibilities:

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases (STP, STD, STR).
• Identify, document, analyze, and track bugs and issues.
• Work closely with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to define system requirements.
• Maintain and enforce QA standards within the R&D team.
• Monitor debugging processes and results.
• Track quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defects.
• Stay up to date with testing tools and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans, cases, and results (STP, STD, STR).
• Strong technical skills with the ability to deep dive into complex problems and identify root causes.
• Experience writing tests from the design stage.
• Ability to analyze bugs and manage the full bug life cycle.
• Ability to advocate for QA standards within the R&D team.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Experience in the medical devices industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge or experience in Automation QA is an advantage.
