GENERAL ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our products by leading comprehensive testing efforts. This role will involve both manual and automated testing, with a strong emphasis on building and maintaining automation frameworks. YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
Develop, maintain, and enhance robust test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and APIs.
Create, execute, and manage automated test scripts to improve test coverage and efficiency.
Maintain up-to-date documentation for test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks.
Conduct comprehensive manual testing for features, bug fixes, and regression scenarios.
Perform functional, integration, regression, performance, load, and security testing.
Collaborate with development and product teams to define clear testing strategies and requirements.
Participate actively in Agile processes, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
Identify, log, prioritize, and track defects using tools like JIRA, ensuring timely resolution.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster releases.
Analyze testing results, prepare detailed reports, and communicate findings with stakeholders.
Develop and monitor key quality metrics to measure product stability and testing effectiveness.
Stay updated on the latest testing tools, technologies, and industry trends to enhance QA practices.
