Position Summary:Β As a Senior QA Specialist/Investigator with WellLife Network, youβll play a critical role in safeguarding both our organization and the people we serve. Your responsibilities include conducting objective investigations into incidents and alleged misconduct involving individuals served, as well as WellLife Network employees and contractors. You will assess program compliance with Federal and State regulations, including OPWDD, OMH, DOH, and CMS standards, along with agency policies and procedures. Additionally, youβll provide training and technical assistance in incident management and quality assurance, conduct investigations into reportable incidents such as abuse and neglect, and prepare thorough, timely investigation reports. Working across all service areas, youβll uphold WellLife Networkβs mission, core values, and code of ethics.Β Additionally as a Senior QA Specialist/Investigator, you will ensure that we adhere to deadlines enforced by oversight agencies.Β You will act as a resource for all QA Specialists/Investigators and assist the Director of Quality Assurance and VP of Quality Assurance and Corporate Compliance with investigation reviews and reporting as needed.
Essential Accountabilities:

Bachelorβs degree preferred; excellent platform and communication skills. Experience in conducting investigations. Experience in conducting quality audits in a Medicaid funded environment. Knowledge of OPWDD/OMH/DOH/CMS regulations and all aspects of incident management. Must have access to a vehicle and a valid NYS driverβs license. Must be able to travel in 5 boroughs and Long Island.
