Responsibilities
β’ Working with Development and QA teams to build automation suites
β’ Being a hands on leader for some of the junior QA team members
β’ Assist in automation tools assessment and develop processes
β’ Support the strategic goals of the QA organization
β’ Β
Skills
β’ Foundation in Java, preferably 4-6 yrs development background
β’ 2-3 yrs of QA automation experience
β’ Well-rounded testing experience
β’ Experience in an Agile environment
β’ Excellent problem solving skills
β’ Expertise in Automation frameworks like Selenium, Fitnesse, Cucumber
β’ Experience in TDD, BDD
Qualifications
Must have JAVA and Selenium experience.
