Job Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious, highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Qualification Test Engineer to support a Government customer�s test and evaluation team. This is a full-time, Government-site position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for designing and executing Qualification test plans to validate the functionality and quality of complex Army missile systems
• Lead and support component, subsystem, and system-level qualification testing; test types may include Environmental, EMI/EMC, Safety, Human Factors, Live Fire
• Evaluate systems to ensure they meet military standards (MIL-STD)
• Identify potential weapon system issues and defects by performing tests on the system's features
• Report findings to ensure the final product meets specifications, working closely with development teams across the product lifecycle
• This position involves physically climbing on top of military vehicles and weapon systems
• The successful candidate will travel 25% of the time as part of this effort.

Required Qualifications

• BS or BA degree
• 10 years test and evaluation experience
• 2 years of experience in weapon system qualification testing (can be part of the 10 years above)
• Active DoD Secret security clearance
