Senior Test Analyst / Test Manager

missions 🛠

• Lead all quality-related activities for an Omnichannel call center project
• Define testing strategy, document approaches to test call center requests (voice calls routing, emails, etc.), design test cases, perform manual testing, test plan progress monitoring, and reporting
• Coach other project participants about good testing practices
  

your profile 👀

• 5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail, HP ALM)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working across cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities
• Good to have experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Postman, JMeter)
• Experience with any voice/omnichannel call center system (preferably with Genesys Cloud or NICE CXone) is a plus
• Good to have experience with performing API REST integration testing
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in English; French is an advantage but not mandatory
