Responsibilities
- Analyzing customer requirements, legal regulations, and internal specifications for application in testing strategies of products.
- Developing EOLT specifications for new equipment (hardware & software).
- Designing and developing complex test programs, processes, and systems to measure product functionality and integrity in electrical and programming domains.
- Analyzing test cases and failures, provide scenarios, and propose actions based on results.
- Checking product software and test methodology/coverage during DFT Design Review, with interaction from R&D.
- Leading EOLT development activities with suppliers according to project timelines.
- Reviewing technical issues and plan development of functional testers.
- Performing validation, assessing capabilities, test coverage, and stability performance of testers.
- Monitoring Testing Line Rejects (TLR), analyze defects, and propose action plans for reduction.
- Validating assembly line concepts, cycle times, and investment values on each CAA.
- Contributing to product and process FMEA, assisting testing technicians in daily activities.
- Supporting the transition of newly developed processes into series production by providing process/equipment specifications and qualifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronic, Mechatronic, or Computer Engineering field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in electronic product testing.
- Proficient knowledge of LabVIEW or Visual Basic.
- Intermediate understanding of PLCs, robotics, and vision systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; diplomatic and persuasive.
