Job Description
This role is required to:
Provide Quality support with a high degree of customer service, technical expertise and timeliness
Provide Architectural and Governance leadership for planning, designing and supporting of existing/deployed DWP tools
Need to be an excellent communicator with responsibility of interacting with business, other technology teams and third-party managed service providers
Onboard new accounts to the operationalization team post tool deployment completion, ensuring smooth handover from deployment architects
Communicate roles and responsibilities to the new onboarded tool admins/SME s
Obtain necessary approvals from SSM (Service Success Manager) and SSH (Service Success Head) prior to tool onboarding
Develop and maintain status tracker for all in scope accounts
Work closely with the Admin/SME s to review the data analysis and scripting opportunities identified to reduce the cycle time or automate the workload
Work closely with developers to get the required scripts created and implemented
Conduct periodic maturity assessments for the tools in scope and identify the areas of improvement
Conduct periodic reviews with SSM and share the results of maturity assessments and improvement opportunities
Conduct periodic reviews with the customer stakeholder along with the SSM to share the value driven by the operationalization initiatives
Work closely with the OEMs for any new update or enhancement and escalate any issues identified immediately
Engage management if any deviation to set scope and metrics is identified
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 10 years of experience in Infrastructure Technology
Minimum 7 years of experience in delivering EUC/DWP services
Should have worked and be open to work in a 24x7 environment
Proficient with any market leading Unified eXperience Management (UXM) solutions like Nexthink, Aternity, Systrack, 1e Tachyon, etc.
Hands-on/ exposure to Conversational Chatbot solution like ServiceNow VA, Avaamo, Moveworks, etc.
Ability to communicate effectively with end users, business owners, developers and various levels of management
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills including demonstrated ability to consolidate data to provide easily understandable deliverables
Demonstrates initiative and ability to accomplish aggressive project goals when necessary
Comfortable working in a fast paced, Dynamic environment and developing flexible solutions to meet evolving business requirements
Thorough understanding of End user Compute portfolio and products with the ability to deliver detailed technical documentation
PREFERRED SKILLS
Technical Skills required including but not limited to
o SCCM
o Microsoft Windows, Apple Macintosh design architecture and deployment methodologies
o Knowledge of modern Microsoft management platforms like InTune, SharePoint
o Understanding of active directory
o Understanding of Citrix and other remote/virtual desktop technologies
o Basic understanding of SQL
o Basic understanding of PowerShell or any other scripting language
o Hands on experience on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
o Hands on Experience with different ITSM tools like ServiceNOW, BMC Remedy etc. (1.) To be responsible for managing the team and enabling skill upgradation. (2.) To stay updated about industry trends and technology innovations (3.) To be responsible for the solution pertaining to Technical Infrastructure being implemented for a customer and its acceptance (4.) To be responsible for understanding customer requirements and create infrastructure solutions and integrated architecture.
