Work in Kuala Lumpur office every day starting April 2025
1 to 2 months notice period (preferable shorter)
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Project Leads, Business Analysts, Business Quality Analysts, Quality Assurance and IT teams to thoroughly understand testing requirements and ensure alignment of test strategies with business and technical needs.
Oversee the testing lifecycle, including planning, execution, and reporting, ensuring test coverage aligns with project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Lead/Assist User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-go-live quality checks to validate system functionality and performance.
Provide hands-on production support by troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions to maintain system stability.
Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases to verify functional and non-functional system requirements.
Create and manage clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation for test plans, test scripts, and results to support traceability and audits.
Key Qualifications:
Candidates must have full working rights for Malaysia.
At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance for web testing, with a strong focus on manual testing and defect management.
A degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
Required to work in the office every day starting April 2025.
In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, testing tools, and industry standards for software development and testing.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a friendly and positive attitude towards peers and team collaboration.
Problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle complex challenges.
Willing to participate in late-night post-deployment testing.
