About the mission:

As a software QA Lead & Automation Engineer, you'll be involved in the quality assurance stage of software implementation and deployment projects, supervise the testing phase of the production process to ensure that final products meet the bank’s expectations and standards.

About the role:

• Review Software specifications and elaborate Test planning, strategies and procedures according to bank’s policy and standards;
• Review and clarify requirements together with the author
• Being able to create, execute, update, review, maintain Test Cases and Test Suites for specific different projects, throughout all phases of development/deployment, like: UNIT TESTING, SOLUTION COMPONENT TESTING, SYSTEM INTEGRATION TESTING, USER ACCEPTANCE TESTING.
• Being able to create and execute automated test cases for REGRESSION TESTING;
• Create and update documentation for the testing procedures;
• Create reports on executed test cases/ testing activity.
• Analyze test case results and identify bugs/issues, document them accordingly.
• Assist and support Tester teams in performing testing activity, acting as guidance and technical support for business testers.
• Collaborate with internal IT team and external consultants involved in projects implementation. 
• Participate, represent and support in projects meetings.

About you:

• 3+ years experience in Software QA Testing, both manual and automated with various ranges of test coverage, including integration, user acceptance, positive, negative, performance, regression, migration;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in banking industry software solutions and IT environment.
• Hands on experience in automated test development and scripting, debugging, troubleshooting.
• Good scripting skills (VB Script main, JavaScript, Python, C);
• SQL basic knowledge;
• Experience with Test Management tools and principles, Bug tracking tools, Test Automation tools.
• Experience with OpentText (Microfocus) Test suite tools is a plus (UFT One, LoadRunner);
• Previous experience in Agile and Scrum methodology would be a plus.
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken;
• Able to work and cope with deadlines;
• Different QA tools trainings and/or certifications, ISTQB (Foundation) are great added value.
