Software Tester

We are looking for a Software Tester with expertise in Docker & Kubernetes testing,

performance testing, and test automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have

experience in system, load, and performance testing to ensure the reliability and scalability of

our applications in containerized environments. Experience with telecom products needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test strategies for containerized applications running on

Docker & Kubernetes (K8s).

• Perform system, load, and performance testing to evaluate application scalability and

responsiveness.

• Utilize test automation tools like JMeter, Locust, and k6 for performance testing.

• Identify and analyze bottlenecks, optimize performance, and collaborate with developers

to resolve issues.

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for continuous testing in a CI/CD pipeline.

• Work closely with DevOps and development teams to integrate performance testing into

the software development lifecycle.

• Monitor system behavior, gather performance metrics, and provide detailed reports.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong experience in Docker & Kubernetes (K8s) testing.

Hands-on experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, Locust, or k6.

Expertise in system, load, and performance testing.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating test automation into DevOps workflows.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address performance issues.

Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell, JavaScript) is a plus.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with telecom products and protocols (e.g., 4G/5G, VoIP, IMS, SIP, Diameter,

etc.).

• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.

• Understanding of microservices architecture and API testing.

• Exposure to Chaos Engineering for resilience testing.

• Experience in analysing network traces using wireshark.
