Your Role

As a Test Coordinator / Test Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of IT applications for our clients. Working in complex environments, you will collaborate with developers, analysts, business testers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-end consultancy services. Your responsibilities include:

  • Defining and implementing test strategies and plans within the constraints of time and budget.
  • Managing testing activities and aligning them with project goals.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure optimal test coverage.
  • Reporting on application quality and associated risks to project management.
  • Proposing creative solutions to address challenges and ensure business value delivery.

Your Profile

Must-haves:

  • Higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in testing, with a proven ability to lead a team.
  • Strong knowledge of test methodologies, techniques, and tools.
  • Experience in defining test strategies and driving test process improvements.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Passion for coaching and motivating teams to deliver quality results.
  • Affinity with Sogeti's philosophy of long-term relationships and customer service excellence.
