Test Lead

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field

§ At least 7 years of experience in software development and automation

§ Proven experience in designing and implementing automated testing and deployment processes

§ Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby

§ Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, RestAssured or TestNG

§ Experience in performance testing and tools such as JMeter, Gatling, PageSpeed

§ Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins, Azure

Devops, or Travis CI

§ Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies

§ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

§ Strong communication and leadership skills

§ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

§ Microsoft Certifications preferred

§ Financial institution experience preferred

§ Ability to work with vendors
