β’ 5+ years of experience working on Fusion Goal, Performance and Talent modules with minimum understanding on the Fusion HJCM Core HR setup part.
β’ Ability to review, understand and improve program code and system documentation.
β’ Good verbal and written communication including ability to prepare system documentation.
β’ Ability to interpret solution documentation and identify areas of concern and recommend approach.
β’ Ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment.
β’ Ability to develop large scale web/database applications
β’ Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines
β’ Ability to communicate clearly with business users and project manager
β’ Ability to innovate and provide functional applications with intuitive interfaces
