Job Description for Test Lead for Sydney Location

10+ years of experience in the testing domain. Exposure to Insurance Domain
Lead the testing effort and/or team to plan, construct and execute release tests
Estimate and obtain management support for the time, resources and budget required to perform the testing
Apply business and functional knowledge to meet the teams overall test objectives. Coach and advice testers as required
Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by the organization
Track and prepare the test deliverables - Test Strategy, Test Plan , Test Summary Report & Weekly Status report.
Guide team on preparing test cases, requirement traceability matrix and daily status reports .
Ownership of testing activities like test testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status
