Description

Are you a highly motivatedΒ Test Manager?Β EUROPEAN DYNAMICSΒ is seeking a skilled Test Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead test activities, ensuring high-quality software delivery. You will collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define testing strategies, manage test execution, and oversee defect resolution. The position is for a mixed remote and on premises working mode and based in Athens – Greece.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement test strategies and test plans for software projects;
  • Coordinate manual and automated testing efforts, ensuring comprehensive coverage;
  • Lead a team of testers, providing guidance and best practices;
  • Ensure test cases align with business requirements and technical specifications;
  • Collaborate with development teams to define test environments and data requirements;
  • Monitor test execution, track defects, and report on quality metrics.


Requirements

Mandatory

  • University degree or equivalent;
  • 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance;
  • Experience with test management tools and understanding of test automation frameworks;
  • Strong knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and performance testing;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills;
  • Good command of the english language.

Optional

  • Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies;
  • ISTQB Certification is a plus.
