Test Manager (Automation experience)

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Test Manager (Automation experience) for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Program Test Manager to oversee and manage our testing activities across multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for large-scale programmes.
• Coordinate and manage testing activities across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with programme goals.
• Lead a team of test managers, test leads, and testers, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure the quality and reliability of software products through rigorous testing processes.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to define testing requirements and deliverables.
• Monitor and report on test progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Implement and maintain test automation frameworks and tools.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing practices and processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Outstanding English communication, both verbal and non-verbal.
• Proven experience as a Test Manager or Program Test Manager in large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, PMP).
• Experience in [specific industry or domain].
• Knowledge of performance testing and security testing.
• Experience with cloud-based testing environments.
