Role and Responsibilities:
As a Test Manager at Engeniuspark Technologies, you will be responsible for overseeing the testing process and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the overall test strategy for regression and releases
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Measuring and monitoring test quality through effective metrics
- Training and championing testing methodologies and processes
- Implementing test automation tools and procedures
Candidate Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Prior hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA (any module) is preferred
- Strong background in automation testing tools and solutions for large-scale projects
- Ability to coordinate and lead globally distributed teams
- Experience with manual and automated testing
- Experience in working in Agile and DevOps environments
Required Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA
- Proficiency in automation testing tools
