Job Description
To lead the testing team to ensure the deliverables meet the client requirements and the specified quality and timeline parameters. (1.) To project manage the testing project like estimating| resource management and scheduling with reference to testing work assignation etc. (2.) To manage customer expectations on deliverables. (3.) To lead| guide| manage| engage and develop the team. (4.) To participate in organisation initiatives like CMMI compliance | DQI.
