To achieve this vision, Securitas Europe has launched a business transformation program: North Star program Common Core.

North Star program Common Core is the transformation Program of the European Division in Securitas. The objective of the program is to transform and unify organization and processes in all European countries by new common platform enabler. The program launched 3 years ago, and it has now entered a new phase to manage the roll-out in upcoming countries as we have already gone live in number of countries.

To support the program and countries live we want to strength the test team of the IT European Organization and add additional test engineer. You will report to the test leader of the program.

Responsibilities and primary duties:

Tech Platform is a cloud-based core platforms developed by Securitas for handling Deliveries and services. As the engineer you will work closely with development team and are responsible for testing deliveries during sprints and user acceptance test.

• Have ownership of the application and the needed test strategy including test plan with focus on End-to-End process and testing across other platforms.
  
• Close communication with stakeholders both within Divisional resources and Business.
• Coordinating Test Activities with Businesses and Development team to make sure resources availability during vendor update releases. As well as close follow-up with the key testers during new country rollouts.
• Be able to execute and assists test execution across platforms during different test stages.
• Defect Management: Identify, report, and follow up defects using appropriate defect tracking tools, ensuring timely resolution and closure.
• Documentation: Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans and test reports.
• continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance testing processes, methodologies, and tools to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and quality assurance standards.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Good English proficiency level.
• Be able to create good relationship with Key Testers.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and performance testing.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

Good to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Knowledge on Microsoft Dynamics.
• ISTQB certification

Please note that we are more than open to candidates from any city from Poland, but this a hybrid working model! You will need to visit our Warsaw office 2 times per week if you are from Warsaw or 1 time per month, if you'll commute from another city.
