Teledyne FLIR are looking for you that have with a background in test automation, network protocols, and video management software integration. Ideally you have a proven track record in automating tests and debugging networked systems.
If you're comfortable working with complex systems and have the ability to analyze data and produce detailed documentation and on top of that have experience with VMS platforms and ONVIF standards we would love to speak to you.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and strategies for FLIR products, including third-party integrations.
- Conduct verification and validation activities throughout the product life cycle, ensuring compliance with industry standards (e.g., ONVIF) and third-party VMS platforms.
- Automate testing tasks and create reliable test scripts using tools such as Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG.
- Analyze and debug test results, identify root causes of defects, and provide actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and Support, to resolve issues and ensure product quality.
- Document test results, generate certification reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Maintain ongoing compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

Test Automation and Scripting: Proficiency with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) to design and implement automated test scripts.

Network Protocols and Analysis: Understanding of network protocols (e.g., RTP/RTSP/HTTP) and experience with network analysis tools like Wireshark for debugging and validation purposes.
