We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Trust & Safety QA Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing manual testing of our websites, web pages, payments, and emails, to ensure they meet our high standards for consistency, regulatory compliance, and user experience.Β 

In this role you will contribute to the safety and security of millions of users worldwide while working alongside talented and passionate professionals.Β 

What you’ll be doing:Β 

  • Conduct thorough manual testing of websites, web pages, and email marketing campaigns to identify any bugs or inconsistencies.Β 
  • Approach testing from the perspective of the end user to ensure a seamless and intuitive experience.Β 
  • Verify that our digital products adhere to relevant regulatory and compliance standards.Β 
  • Document and report any bugs or issues found during testing, providing detailed and accurate descriptions for the development team.Β 
  • Work closely with the development, design, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and compliant user experience.Β 
  • Maintain detailed records of test cases, test results, and any identified issues.Β 
  • Provide feedback to team and management about the testing process, and any improvements which could be made.Β 

Β Must -Haves:Β 

  • 1-2 years experience in quality assurance, ideally in a web-based environment.Β Β 
  • Highly detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying inconsistencies and potential issues. Β 
  • Naturally curious and motivated to understand how things work and how they can be improved.Β 
  • Web Literacy: Proficient in using and navigating websites, with a strong understanding of web technologies.Β 
  • MS Office Skills: Competent in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, for documentation and reporting.Β 
  • Excellent organizational & multitasking skillsΒ 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.Β 

Nice to Haves:Β Β Β 

  • Experience with test management platforms, like Qase, Testrail or othersΒ 
  • Experience with financial terms, and systems related to payments; merchant services, payment gateways, billing backend systemsΒ 
  • Technical experience or knowledge of programming, websites, development frameworks, infrastructure, project management, etc. Β
