This time, we are partnering with a global leader in IT infrastructure and security management solutions for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT teams, powered by AI. The company has experienced strong double-digit growth over the years and serves a diverse range of industries in over 20 countries, managing more than 15 million endpoints globally.

Position Overview:

The QA Manager will lead a team of quality assurance professionals to design, implement, and oversee testing processes for software applications with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity. This role requires a strategic thinker who can ensure product quality while mitigating security risks, collaborating closely with development, DevOps, and security teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of QA methodologies, software development lifecycles (SDLC), and cybersecurity best practices. Β 

Key Responsibilities: Β 

  • Team Leadership:β€―Manage, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Β 
  • Testing Strategy:β€―Develop and execute comprehensive QA strategies, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing for software applications. Β 
  • Process Improvement:β€―Define and refine QA processes, tools, and frameworks to enhance efficiency and ensure alignment with industry standards Β 
  • Test Planning:β€―Create detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts, ensuring coverage of both functional requirements and security protocols. Β 
  • Collaboration:β€―Partner with software developers, product managers, and security analysts to integrate quality and security into every stage of the SDLC. Β 
  • Defect Management:β€―Track, prioritize, and report defects, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a high standard of product quality. Β 
  • Automation:β€―Drive the adoption of test automation tools and frameworks to improve testing efficiency, with an eye toward security-specific automation. Β 
  • Reporting:β€―Provide regular updates to senior leadership on QA progress, risks, and security findings, using data-driven insights. Β  Β 


Qualifications: Β 

  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role. Β 
  • 3+ years of experience with cybersecurity testing or working in a security-focused software environment. Β 
  • Proficiency in QA tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, Postman) and automation frameworks. Β 
  • Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#) and scripting for test automation. Β 
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Β 
  • Soft Skills:β€―Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams. Β 

Β  Key Competencies:

  • Deep understanding of software testing methodologies (manual and automated). Β 
  • Ability to balance quality assurance with fast-paced development cycles. Β 
  • Understanding of large scale SAAS based product development and deployment.β€― Β 
  • Strong Linux skill set
