Purpose
To analyze the client requirements to develop test plans and validate the study based on the functionality. To support in manual testing of critical functionality requirements including data setup of the study for Client UAT and live implementations.
Responsibilities
路聽聽聽聽Creates/executes testing scenarios and test data for studies.
路聽聽聽聽Can provide developer with guidance on the source of test errors.
路聽聽聽聽Executes testing strategy by taking into account risk, time and other factors
路聽聽聽聽Attend to all related documentation as per processes
路聽聽聽聽Demonstrates understanding through prior study experience.
路聽聽聽聽Treat others with care, respect and consideration regardless of their position or status
路聽聽聽聽Understands role and contribution relative to project objectives
路聽聽聽聽Understands the complexity inherent across geographies and cultural or regional boundaries.

Skills & Competencies
路聽聽聽聽Knowledge of SQL, Web application testing
路聽聽聽聽Knowledge of reviewing requirements and developing test cases based on requirements
路聽聽聽聽White box testing knowledge at the unit, integration and system levels
路聽聽聽聽Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
路聽聽聽聽Must be able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced start-up environment
路聽聽聽聽Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills are critical
路聽聽聽聽The ability to work as a team player is essential
路聽聽聽聽Initiative and the ability to work with minimal guidance
路聽聽聽聽Knowledge of IVR and IWR applications is a plus
Education & Experience
路聽聽聽聽Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
路聽聽聽聽0-1 year of software Testing experience required.
路聽聽聽聽Knowledge of Clinical Domain is an added advantage.
