What you’ll do as Automation Test Manager

Professional who leads the quality assurance (QA) teams in software projects, ensuring that products meet quality standards and are delivered without critical issues. This role combines technical skills with admin/leadership.

Responsible for ensuring the quality of software and applications before they are released to the market or delivered to end users. Their main job is identifying defects, errors, or inconsistencies in the system, ensuring it meets the established requirements and provides an optimal user experience.

We are looking for anyone who wants to be part of a team of great professionals, presenting suggestions, and alternatives and highlighting improvement points.

NOTE: Position requires someone to be able to work on-site (in Santa Fe or Morelia)

What you need

What you will do?

• Performing and assigning technical tasks of analysis, design, coding, and testing of complex programs and processes.
• You will work on projects where the quality of code, good design, and architecture are the top priorities. 
• Measurement of KPIs and reporting on regional and global level the results obtained
• Define the testing strategy and ensure adequate coverage of functional, regression, and performance tests.
• Supervise, guide,e and train the testing team, including test case creation and test execution.
• Leads and supervises the team of testers, assigning tasks and ensuring that objectives are met.
• Provides mentoring and technical support to the team, helping them improve their skills.
• Coordinates activities between manual and automated testers.
