QA Analyst

Job Description:
4P Consulting Inc. is looking for a talented and experienced Business Analyst / QA Analyst to join our team in Atlanta, GA. This role will require you to identify and define business and technical requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and a strong ability to communicate and coordinate with stakeholders, including UI/UX designers, app developers, and subject matter experts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and define business requirements based on input from diverse user groups.
  • Develop process flows, screen designs, and provide storyboarding to support system design.
  • Document business requirements and obtain necessary approvals to communicate the functionality of developed products.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX, app development, backend, CMS, testing, and subject matter experts on design and development.
  • Work closely with the applications manager to create and maintain product roadmaps, epics, user stories, use cases, and other product documentation.
  • Write test cases based on wireframes, comps, and functional requirements.
  • Conduct functional testing, as well as cross-browser and mobile device testing, for web and mobile applications.
  • Be responsible for end-to-end testing of complete, interactive web and mobile applications.
  • Identify issues with content, layout, usability, accessibility, functionality, and guidelines across browsers and devices.
  • Review product specifications and develop testing strategies, plans, and tools to ensure project goals are met.
  • Thoroughly test solutions to ensure the functionality and integrity of products.
  • Write SQL queries and compile data and reports as needed.
  • Manage and maintain all requirements documentation and traceability matrices.
  • Provide help desk support to resolve issues related to production applications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience as a BA/QA Analyst.
  • Extensive experience across the SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing, documentation, training, deployment, operations, support, and maintenance.
  • Ability to work effectively with business unit SMEs, business analysts, vendors, and end users in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding client expectations, personal performance goals, and achieving project objectives.
