The Role

We have a new opportunity for an experienced Test Manager!

This client has a rich history spanning more than fifty years in the resources sector. You will be joining an established, yet growing team as they undertake a key project.

The organisation is replacing and consolidating two aging ERPs and this will be a multi-year project. You will bring your experience managing successful teams together with prior experience working on ERP projects.

You will be responsible for all aspects testing, including test management strategy, test plans, defect management, test execution and leading the team. The team will be working across manual and automation testing, and you will coordinate and work successfully with business analysts, project managers, systems integrators and key project resources.

The role is based centrally in Perth’s inner northern suburbs, starting on a Fixed-Term contract through to November 2025. You will be rewarded with a highly competitive salary of $140,000 - $150,000 + super based on your experience. 

Your Skills

Essential skills:

• Proven experience in a Test Manager/Lead role steering successful teams
• Prior experience developing the overall test strategy, implementing methodologies and automation practices
• Experience working on ERP projects would be ideal
• Dynamics 365 experience would be highly regarded
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders
