**Salary:**
Annual income: 8,000,000 Japanese Yen (JPY) - 15,000,000 Japanese Yen (JPY)
Monthly salary system

**Salary Example:**
For a monthly salary of 667,000 yen (yearly: 8,004,000 yen) to 1,250,000 yen (yearly: 15,000,000 yen), the monthly fixed allowances are 192,785 yen to 360,732 yen respectively.

**Bonus:**
High Performance Bonus may be awarded biannually, based on evaluation, though it's contingent on company performance.

**Probation Period:**

**Position Background:**
The QA organization needs to evolve from an internal subcontractor model to ensure product quality and long-term quality planning.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Reviewing requirements and creating test cases
- Code reviews
- Developing test strategies
- Automation strategies
- Quality analysis and improvement

**Required Skills/Experience:**
- ISTQB/JSTQB certification or equivalent
- Experience in test strategy and execution
- 3+ years as a developer or SDET
- Test team management experience
- Proactive in adopting new testing technologies

**Language Skills:**
- Business level English (TOEIC 700+ or equivalent)
- Conversational Japanese (recommended)

**Desirable Skills/Experience:**
- Process improvement experience
- Knowledge of architecture/refactoring
- CI/CD environment setup/maintenance
