Position: Pega Test Manager,

Location: Franklin, TN,

Duration: Full Time

Job Description:-

Relevant Experience (in Yrs):- 8-10 Years

Technical/Functional Skills:-

· Experience in Managing end-to-end Testing for Pega Implementation

· Should have good Test Manager Experience (ALM/HP QC, Script Preparation/Execution, Test Planning, Team Guidance /Management) .

· Experience on Automation Testing/Guiding team on right direction to reduce the regression effort.

· At least one PEGA Project execution experience as a Test Manager.

· Build the trust to customer on End-to-End testing execution/Share weekly test status report with outstanding risk & action plan on dependency/test blockers.

· Should be flexible to take up few Agent Stop/Start Admin activity (procedures will be shared by DEV/Admin team).

Experience Required:- Pega Test Management

Roles & Responsibilities:-

· Responsible for Managing end-to-end Testing for Pega Development

· Participate in Requirement Gathering sessions to understand the requirements

· Responsible for creating Test Cases, Test Data, Test Scenarios

· Perform Testing

· Coordinate with Offshore team and present the overall status back to customer

· Follow Pega standards for Testing
