As a Performance Test Lead, you will lead the Automation Testing of solutions for client transformation programmes. This will involve:Β

β’ Create performance test plans, test scenarios, test scripts, test execution, results analysis and provide insight into potential performance issues and deliverables related to performance testing activities.Β
β’ Provide updates on testing progress, lead a team of Performance Engineers to clearly define test plans, tasks, schedule, and execution of performance testing activities, and identify - performance issues prior to - reaching production.Β
β’ Partner with development teams to understand application changes and potential performance concerns and issues when creating test scenarios.Β
β’ Communicate and help remediate performance issues observed during testing.Β
β’ Work with other members in the IT organization to understand and achieve objectives.Β
β’ Integrate performance tests in CI/CD pipeline and establish a continuous build and test cycleΒ
β’ Develop high-quality performance test engineering principles, test strategies, and best practicesΒ
β’ Provide input and direction on continuous process and procedure improvements to mitigate risk and enhance performance engineering processes and standards.Β
β’ Lead, mentor and coach QA staff on testing best practices and efforts.Β

QualificationsΒ
β’ 2+ years of Performance Engineering experience .Β
β’ Hands on experience with Performance Testing tool(i.e. Loadrunner, Neoload)Β
β’ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Β
β’ Ability to interpret test results and identify potential performance issuesΒ
β’ Architectural background focused on mid-tier services, client front ends and databases.Β
β’ Proficient in understanding the testing activities and approaches in the different development methodologies (Agile, Iterative and Waterfall).Β
