What you will do:
Document management and standardization (MI/WI/FMEA/Control plan/OCAP, OPL), Guarantee a stable process test process
Provide technical training to process engineers and technicians for production support
OCAP case handle & root cause investigation, daily online quality issue investigation
Deal with Test low yield cases, provide experience insights on root cause finding and resolving approach
Customer complaint management and 8D report work out. Customer online audit support
Coordinate with internal/external relational people and lead a team for new process, machine, and material cost down or 2nd source release and qualification for business support
New product/process/tool introduction and project support on Package new design & innovation & market development for cost reduction master project and business support
Work with BG / T&O Product or test expert to finalize the Test specification of site, coordinate with IQC/LQC/Purchase on material supplier management/audit/quality issue improvement
To lead Test EQ setup and buy off, process development and recipe evaluation
Continues improvement on both Equipment and process for productivity, Cost and Quality driving
What you will need:
Bachelorโs degree or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, electronic engineering, or related speciality
5+ years of working experience in the Testing of semiconductors industry. IGBT/SiC /Mosfet testing experience is preferred
Familiar with the test process (Final test, AOI, marking, packing, tester, handler, etc.)
Experience in process automation to drive for operation efficiency, Familiar with 6 Sigma, Minitab & Design of Experiment (DOE)/FMEA/Control plan/OCAP, 8D report
Good interpersonal skills, able to lead the team and work with the customer to resolve their issue
Good problem-solving skills and presentation skills. Good verbal and written skills in English
