Oracle Fusion GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance) team is looking for Quality Assurance Engineer, with a wide experience in various QA processes and lifecycle, with proven skills in Functional and Non Functional Web and Mobile Testing, along with experience in Automation Test Execution.
Role Summary: Qualifications and skillset required:
o Possess B.E/B.Tech/ M.E/M.Tech/MCA degree in a field relevant to functional area
o Possess 2 – 4 years of software Quality Assurance experience
o Extensive knowledge of Manual Testing, Testing methodologies, SDLC, STLC, Bug Life Cycle and Testing Life Cycle on both Web Applications as well as Mobile Testing
o Experience in Non Functional Testing - Accessibility Testing, Language Testing, Upgrade Testing, etc
o Hands On experience in API, Web Services and Database Testing
o Expertise with Bug Tracking tools.
o Experience on working with Windows and Unix/Linux platforms
o SQL and RDBMS knowledge is a desired
o Experience on OOBIE Reports is desired
o Proven experience working with and creating test strategy, process, and Quality guidelines
o Demonstrate excellent knowledge of functional areas as well as good understanding of System Architectures of Web based applications, client-Server Technologies, Middleware
o Demonstrate strong proficiency in sharing knowledge of functionality and Quality Assurance practices with others through both informal interaction and formal training
o Hands on experience in automation tools like QTP ,OATS, Selenium
o Knowledge of JIRA, ALM, Confluence, TestRail
o Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
o Possess excellent analytical skills with ability to recognize and articulate deviations from design specifications and standards
o Self-motivated with the ability to work well both in groups and independently.
o Attention to details & strong analytical and engineering skills.
o Demonstrate good decision-making skills
o Proven experience with process improvement methodologies, supporting Quality Processes and Quality tools
o Strong ability to interpret and summarize test metrics, including the ability to correlate, create and present result reports for various audiences
o Proven experience with process improvement methodologies and supporting Quality process and tool experience
o Agile/SCRUM process development methodology knowledge/experience is a plus
o Certification in Testing domain is a plus
Job Description: Key Responsibilities and Job requirements:
Assignments include functional testing and automated test execution for minimally complex to complex projects:
· Understanding the Functional specs and requirements and developing Test Plan
· Develop and maintain functional test cases
· Functional Test Execution and maintenance and documentation of Test Results
· Defect Logging and Retesting
· Participate in defect and issue resolution process
· Regression Test Execution
· Non Functional Test Execution
· Working closely with Product Management and development teams, along with other QA Teams
· Participate in various functional review meetings
· Automation Script execution: setting up and executing tests, verifying results and reporting defects
