This is a QA position to automate / fix tests for Oracle Service Cloud (OSvC) product.
Oracle Service Cloud is a unified platform of apps, data, and capabilities enabling effortless self-service and agent-assisted service workflows. It is a modern, easy-to-use and easy-to-configure cloud-based contact center and customer service platform that lets contact center agents manage customer interactions across multiple channels. OSvC is about giving great service to customers, ensuring speed and efficient response to the customers.
This is a test automation position to automate, fix tests across different areas of the OSvC product. The position requires that the product features, it's configuration and integration is understood well to write tests / fix existing tests, include them into the test pipeline, propose ideas to enhance test coverage thereby increasing the quality of the product and look at options to reduce the test execution time.
Career Level - IC2
As a member of the technical/process QA division, you will design, install and evaluate quality control methods and systems. Design continuing maintenance of product quality. Develop standards and procedures to provide quality guidance and methods.

Requirements:
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
Proven work experience in software quality assurance
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans Β / test cases
Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
Hands-on experience with .NET test framework
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools - Selenium, JUNIT, Cucumber is a plus
2-4 years experience in software testing, including at least 1 year in test automation
Knowledge and experience in programming is a plus
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practice, version control and defect management
Excellent communication - verbal and written
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Great team player and fast learner
Good analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
